Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Mapify dashboard, APIs, crawler workers, and any data products provided by TechLabX. By creating an account or consuming our APIs you agree to the commitments below.
1. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate contact information, maintain a single organization per account, and ensure that anyone you invite is authorized to bind that organization.
- Accounts are limited to commercial teams evaluating or licensing Mapify data.
- You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and rotating credentials if a compromise is suspected.
- We may suspend accounts that impersonate another entity or violate applicable laws.
2. Acceptable use
Mapify operates inside Google Maps policies and regional data regulations. Customers must mirror that standard when embedding our data in their products.
- Do not resell or redistribute raw Google payloads outside the licensed business model without written consent.
- Respect rate limits and credit allocations defined inside your plan.
- Do not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse engineer the platform or supporting infrastructure.
3. Data rights
You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use curated restaurant and review data for internal analytics or the use cases described in the commercial order form.
- Derived datasets remain yours, but Mapify retains ownership of the underlying crawl network and normalized schema.
- You must remove data upon contract termination unless otherwise permitted.
- Audit logs may be requested to verify attribution or usage caps.
4. Payment & credits
Subscription fees and credit usage are billed through Polar. All fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
- Credits expire at the end of each term unless your agreement states otherwise.
- We may pause crawls when an invoice is overdue for more than 10 days.
- Taxes, bank charges, or FX fees are your responsibility.
5. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with thirty (30) days’ written notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
- Upon termination you must delete API keys and cease ingesting new data.
- Sections covering confidentiality, payment obligations, and liability survive termination.
- We provide a final export upon request, subject to outstanding invoices being paid.
