1. Data we collect

The following categories are stored when you interact with the marketing site, dashboard, or APIs.

• •Contact data such as name, organization, email, and billing references.
• •Product telemetry including login timestamps, job configuration metadata, and API usage counters.
• •Support artifacts (tickets, call notes, attachments) when you engage with our success team.

2. How we use data

We rely on the information above to deliver contracted services and keep the platform secure.

• •Provisioning accounts, authenticating users, and allocating credits.
• •Monitoring for abuse, rate limit spikes, and crawler health regressions.
• •Sending operational notices about incidents, feature changes, or billing reminders.

3. Subprocessors

Mapify currently uses Polar (billing), Postmark (email), AWS (infrastructure), and Sentry (error tracking). All subprocessors sign DPAs that mirror our obligations to you.

4. Retention & deletion

Account data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 90 days, unless law requires a longer period.

• •You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@techlabx.dev.
• •Crawl output delivered to you is excluded from deletion requests unless it contains personal data of your users.
• •Backups are pruned on a rolling 35-day schedule.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or export the information we hold about you.

• •Submit requests via privacy@techlabx.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
• •You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
• •We will notify you of material changes to this policy at least 15 days before they take effect.
